Trojan Nation,

We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of former Trojan, Will Nnadikawe, who tragically died at just 20 years of age after suffering a heart attack in Spain.

Will was a valued member of our inaugural youth team in 2021 and returned again in 2022.

He will always be remembered as part of the Trojan family.

Former Trojans Youth Team Head Coach, Andy Black, shared these words:
“I was completely floored when I heard the news about Will. I was the Head Coach of the youth team during Will’s time with the Belfast Trojans. Will was a great person, who carried enthusiasm and willingness into everything he did with the Trojans and was a joy to be around and to coach. His example, both on and off the field, in his time with us was a tremendous example to others, and he will forever be a part of the wider Trojan family. All the Trojans, both past and present, are with Will’s family at this very trying time.”

Will’s friends have set up a fundraiser to support his devastated family with repatriation and funeral costs. If you are able, we encourage you to contribute via the link below:
